These Terms of Use (Terms) set out the rules for using our website www.connexusmed.com (Site).
Please read these Terms carefully and, if you have any questions or issues, please get in touch by contacting us.
By proceeding with access to the Site you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms you must not use the Site.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OR TO THE SITE
We may from time to time make changes to these Terms or to the Site. It is your responsibility to check these Terms whenever you use the Site, so that you are fully aware of the terms that apply. The Terms as displayed on the Site are the current terms and the date on which the current version of the Terms came into effect is displayed in the heading to these Terms.
SUSPENSION OR CLOSURE OF THE SITE
We may, at any time:

We do not guarantee that access to the Site will be uninterrupted, whether in respect of the Site as a whole or of any element of the functionality or content available on the Site from time to time.

GEOGRAPHICAL USE OF THE SITE
The Site is intended primarily for use by individuals living in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United States of America. The Site has been developed, and these Terms of Use written, in the United Kingdom. We do not warrant that the use of the Site, or of any element of the functionality or content available on the Site from time to time, will be available or socially or culturally appropriate in any country other than the United Kingdom, the countries of the European Union from time to time and the United States of America.
SECURITY
We do not currently restrict access to the Site
If at any future time we issue you with a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of service.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly rest your password on the Site or notify us at .
USE OF MATERIAL ON THE SITE
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in both the Site and in the content published on it. Those are protected by copyright.
You may print off one copy of, and may download extracts from, of any content on the Site provided that it is done solely for your own personal use. You may also make other persons aware of content displayed on the Site.
However, you must not modify or otherwise reproduce in any way any content that you have copied or downloaded from the Site.
If you breach any of the above terms your right to use the Site will terminate automatically with immediate effect.

You must not link to the home page or any other page of the Site without our express prior written consent.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association between you and us or any approval or endorsement by us.
You must not establish a link to the Site in any website that is not owned or controlled by you.
COMPLIANCE WITH OUR ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You must comply at all times when using the Site with our Acceptable Use Policy.
You will be liable for any loss or damage that we may suffer if that restriction is breached in any way.
We do not currently permit the uploading of material to, or sharing of material on, the Site. Nevertheless:

any content that you do in future upload to, or share on, the Site will be treated by us as confidential and available freely to be used by us and all other lawful visitors to the Site free of charge for any purpose and without any restriction except as may be contained in these Terms; and

VIRUSES
We do not guarantee that your use of the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access the Site, including the use of anti-malware or virus protection software.
MISUSE
You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or which otherwise has the capacity harmfully to interact with the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, any server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer, database, network or equipment connected to or with the Site. You must not interfere with, damage or disrupt any software used in the provision of the Site or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party on which the Site relies in any way. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Use of the Site is intended purely for individual personal use. We have no liability to you in any circumstances for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, diminution of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity arising as a consequence of your use of the Site.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms, their interpretation and use are governed by English law. The Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you or we may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you or we may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
